Six engagements across defence, security and technology programmes in the Middle East and North America. Client and end-user identities are withheld where confidentiality or contractual restrictions apply, which on defence programmes is most of the time.

GCC Law Enforcement Agency

Mobile Command and Control Platform

Problem
A mobile command and control platform was needed with integrated counter-UAS and real-time operational capability.
Our role
Led coordination and delivery of a custom-built command and control vehicle integrating multiple systems and technologies from several suppliers.
Outcome
The platform was deployed successfully, and was followed by further phases and expansion opportunities valued at approximately USD 12M.

Government Security

Tactical Mesh Network Deployment

Problem
Limited connectivity and unreliable communication in mobile and operational environments.
Our role
Supported positioning and deployment of tactical mesh networks using advanced MANET radios.
Outcome
Delivered across the UAE and Qatar with a total value of around USD 5M, expanding into multi-year opportunities.

Defence Integration

Multi-System Surveillance Integration

Problem
UAVs, satellite communications and surveillance platforms were operating without unified integration.
Our role
Defined the architecture and coordinated integration across UAVs, SATCOM and command systems with multiple technology partners.
Outcome
An agreed integration architecture, and a continuing engagement across several government entities.

Assured PNT

GNSS-Denied Operations

Problem
Navigation and timing dependencies on GNSS in an environment where jamming and spoofing are routine.
Our role
Worked with UAE government end users and prime contractors including L3Harris, from requirement definition through delivery and acceptance.
Outcome
Equipment delivered into service.

Regional Defence Pipeline Development

International companies failing to enter or scale in Middle East markets for lack of local structure and access.
Our role
Established joint ventures, local partnerships and strategic positioning with government stakeholders.
Outcome
Joint ventures and local partnerships established, and several companies trading in the region that were not before.

Canada Market Entry and Partner Development

Problem
Cross-market expansion between the Middle East and North America without established local networks.
Our role
Partner identification and market development through established Canadian partners and industry networks.
Outcome
Canadian partners identified and introduced, opening opportunities in both directions between the two regions.
